Do not leave cash in the drop box. If you need your balance, please contact our office. You will need your 9 digit account number and first three letters of the last name on the account. You will be able to view your invoices by clicking the option to the far right of each invoice listed.
Here at Gordon’s Corner Water Company, we understand the importance of having water in your home during this pandemic to prevent the spread of the coronavirus. We understand that some of our customers have lost their source of income and are stuggling to maintain their households. Please call our office if you would like to discuss your situation prior to you receiving a shut off notice.
We have resumed entering customers’ homes. Measures have been taken to ensure the safety of our employees as well as our customers. Our employees are wearing masks when entering a customer’s home. We do not require the customer to sign any paperwork to avoid direct contact with the customer. We will continue to monitor this situation and make changes as deemed necessary by the local and federal authorities.
