Gordon’s Corner water system will transition to New Jersey American Water ownership in early summer of 2026, pending New Jersey Board of Public Utilities approval. New customer information will be available at the time of the transition. For more information about the transition, read New Jersey American Water’s press release about the agreement announced in October 2025.
NJ Board of Public Utilities would like to encourage residents struggling to pay their utility bills to apply for assistance by visiting their website www.nj.gov/dca/dcaid. Here you will be able to apply for USF or HEAP assistance programs offered through the State of NJ. If you do not have access to a computer, you can reach DCA by dialing 800-510-3102.
