Critical Care Status

Gordon’s Corner Water Company has a policy in place to assist in identifying “Critical Care” customers within our service territory. A “Critical Care” status is defined as a customer with a medical emergency or condition that exists within the residential premises which would be aggravated by a discontinuance of water service. A “Critical Care” status can be established by providing documentation to Gordon’s Corner Water from your health care physician or nurse practitioner stating the existence of the medical emergency or condition, its nature and probable duration and that a discontinuance of water service will aggravate the medical emergency or condition. Click here to obtain a Medical Certificate form that can be filled out by both the “Critical Care” customer and their medical physician. After receiving this information, Gordon’s Corner Water Company will issue a “Critical Care” status to your water account.
